Sometimes you hit the proverbial nail on the head... This time I think I got lucky and did. This could very possibly be my reflection entry.

that does not look real, meaning that if it is, HOLY SHIT!

Alpha ( ) posted Wed, 18 July 2001 at 11:10 AM

It is as real as it gets...I found this on a walk this morning while I went out to shoot the morning fog. Almost wet my pants when it trasfered to the puter...

This is extraordinary. What a coup, Alpha. Boy, you were sure in the right spot at the right time--but then, you knew how to capture this image S. Boy--do I LOVE it. Diane

This is one great photo! Everything about it is right. The eye just naturally moves toward the optical center of interest and still pauses in the way to observe the droplets. "Whow Nelly" a winner in any competition

O.k. I'm not entering this months contest now. That is a freakin awesome shot.

Nothing more to add. So I'll ask. Where is the spider? ( I know there is no satisfying people! ) Bsteph

Alpha ( ) posted Wed, 18 July 2001 at 6:49 PM

My guess is that the spiders were in hiding... However, because there were an abundence of these, and from some conversation with the locals, I know that the spiders are there and I plan on going back to try and get one. I am told they are fairly good sized...

I can only look at it two ways: either this will inspire me OR this will frustrate me to no end. This is really wicked.

bsteph2069 ( ) posted Fri, 20 July 2001 at 6:17 PM

I can see the reflections but what are they of? I think they are of the moon. ( Begins howling!!! ) " Ah the creatures of the night what music they make! " Bsteph

picnic ( ) posted Tue, 24 July 2001 at 8:53 AM

I think each of those water droplets IS reflecting 'something'. You're right LOL--we don't stand much chance against this one, do we??

Alpha ( ) posted Tue, 24 July 2001 at 11:07 AM

OK... I'll shoot something else, but if it comes out as good as this I am going to enter it anyway :)
