It would help if you post an image so we can see what it looks like. If the eyebrows are coming out solid dark with no texture (this happened to me), you need to set only the UPPER eyebrows to 100% transparent, transparency falloff 0% and no transparency on the base eyebrows at all. OK, I've been working on my very own texture on and off for a couple of days now and I've actually suprised myself with the render quality of it, it's by far my best..however, I cannot get the eyebrows to render. Like most of the textures I've downloaded and looked at to see how things are done, I have the eyebrows on the face and colored over on the texture map. When I render in poser to see the result, everything renders (lips, eyes..etc) except the eyebrows. Is there a trick to this I'm missing?
