I have an anniversery coming up next month I ordered Vue 4 this evening, so its my anniversery gift. Thanks to all who answered my question below. Hubby thinks Im odd that I prefer this stuff to jewelry and fancy dinners but I can handle that :) Im looking forward to getting it.

Congrats early on your gift and anniversary, my anniversary with Mike will be Sunday, 20 years, I like you prefer this kind of gift also, except mine wasn't a gift, I wanted it so I got it, Mike just laughed, anyway he just bought an old farm tractor, don't think he will say anything about my little purchase. LOL.

Hi Tammy, I'm glad we helped you to make a decision like this. You will love Vue. :) And, welcome!-- It's always nice to see new faces here. :) Cheers, Mike

Oh yeah, but the way, I don't think of it as little gift, it is huge.......huge....and marvelous. Sharen

Congratulations Tammy! Glad to know you'll be hanging around here sharing tips and tricks with us soon. grin Also congrats to you and Hubby! And to Sharen and Mike as well! Definitely if he can have his tractor, you can have your Vue (even if you broke his tractor in first - lol!) I think everyone deserves Vue! :D

Congrats on resisting the Wilde way - and tell Hubby that if he throws in some jewelry and a fancy dinner, you can live with that, too ;-)

LOL....Tammy you will really love Vue, but most of all you will love this forum. They are different here at Vue, MikeJ and Varien are great informers, and so many others too. Bloodsong, Tesign, smallspace.....etc. I have been here just a very short while and the exceptance and help has been huge and very quick responses. Glad to see another face...(or name). Sharen:)

Varian ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 11:14 AM

Sharen, keep that up, and we won't be here anymore, because our heads will be too large to fit through the entryway! LOL! :D

tesign ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 11:21 AM

Its okay Varian...backside in first ;-)and and we handle the head problem later....LOL!

Varian ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 11:36 AM

Anaversery gift...hmm never thought of that... damn missed mine...Hubby's birthday is coming up, wonder if he would like Vue? (He doesn't know how to turn on the computer... but then I will have to use it... wouldn't that be sad?) Anyway, congrats, and here's hoping I get in here soon.

SAMS3D ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 6:01 PM

LOL Ms Outlaw, I think it would make a wonderful gift for your hubby, he will love it.....kind of like when my hubby once bought me that woman's razor that took your skin off when you used it, or maybe that new vacuum he got me. Oh, well he does try, all I know is I will never understand why it is so hard for men to buy us women gifts, my hubby still thinks I love his lawn tractor. Sharen:)

tesign ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 6:29 PM

"I will never understand why it is so hard for men to buy us women gifts.." ...and I never understand why women who are never interested what I'm doing buy my own Vue software....sighhh! I not only get a bill to answer too, headahe and nags comes package with it ;-(

MikeJ ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 6:54 PM

Wel Bill, you know, most women have our "best interests" in mind. I think it's a maternal thing. Anyhow, resistence is futile, and sooner or later it blows over....

SAMS3D ( ) posted Sat, 21 July 2001 at 7:55 PM

You guys are so easy......Mike usually just says nothing, smiles and it is over.....he is trying to get that quality in me, I actually hope he succeeds.....it is a great quality, but sigh....I am a woman and we are different....I also know I just opened myself up for a huge response to that statement...... You guys are great though, I wouldn't have it any other way. Sharen:-)
