I downloaded Openfx and start playing a bit. I created a few models and imported them into Poser. I ran into some problem though. I could never got models created in openfx in dxf format to import into poser. I was a little bit more lucky with 3ds format but not all models imported properly. Some models I imported have part of the model of it complete dark while the rest rendered properly. I did some investigation and it appears the the ambient color was overriding the object color at that certain part of the model. I tried checking it out at the openfx site.. but it appears to be down today.. I'll check back later and may sign up on the mailing list... Is this problem common to all model imports? Kelmar, newbie in need of help.
