I want to start making simple props and morphs for Poser (maybe even a simple figure) and am willing to spend in the $300 range. I had Raydream but am having trouble re-installing. Where have they gone? That aside, I'm willing to switch to a new program. What are my best options to work with Poser models?

Well being very poor myself lol i use amapi wich is free go see my models and judge wether you like or not if you do there is a link to get the free version on the amapi forum hope this helps dolly

I'll give a thums up for Amapi. I'm just getting into it and it is so fast to work with that I'm actually building models for the first time that are useful! It's faster than my Ray Dream Studio 5.5 and does things Ray Dream never could and I haven't even used all the tools yet. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Thanks for the tip. I went to the Eovia website. There is a free version of Amapi 4.15 for download. Also, because I have an old Raydream (any version will do), I can upgrade to Carrara Studio for $149. I'm downloading Amapi now and can't wait for Carrara to arrive. Since I was willing to spend in the $300 range, I almost feel like I'm earning $150, almost.

The Amapi forum, here is a wonderful resource for it. I am enjoying it a whole bunch. (And, I had tried it months ago, and gave up on it, too.)
