I heard of "propagating morphs". - (0) Are these a morph target that can be applied in one action to a figure part and all the parts attached to it in the tree of parts? - (1) Can this be done in Poser 3? - (2) If so, how?

Not that I know of... Poser4 has a feature that allows you to create "Full Body" morph dials. This basically links the morphs that are on different body parts into one dial under the body section of dials. -JH.
