Subject: Poser4 animation to Bryce 3D??

is it possible to import an animation made in Poser 4 to be used as an animated object (like a sprite) in a Bryce 3D animation? for example lets say I make a movie in bryce3d of sweeping landscapes and such. is it possible to take a man from poser and make him look like he's running on the landscape in Bryce 3d? thanks, Mona :)

Way back when poser4 was released Steve Cooper said that they were working on a plugin for Bryce4 that just may do that. I guess you can upgrade when or if it comes out. -JH.

I don't know when the plugin for Bryce will be available either but I'm hoping it will be soon. For the moment, however, it can be done but it involves a whole heap of work. What you have to do is export your animated figure as a whole sequence of obj files - so you've an obj file for each frame of the animation. Then you have to import each "frame" into Bryce. It's a lot of work, but it does work and the end results are pretty impressive. Paul
