Subject: Help - How do I change camera views between 2 cameras?

I am using Carrara Studio. I have two cameras in my scene . . .the default camera and one camera that I added. 1. How do I change the view so that I can see the scene through the lens of another camera? 2. What is that directors scene (or maybe it is called the directors camera) and how do I get to it? Thanks, I have no more hair. I have pulled it all out on this problem and the book is not clear.
