When, oh when, is Renderocity going to accommodate download managers. Sometimes it's a COMPLETE waste of time trying to download free or purchased items from the store. I keep getting cut off!! This is one of the WORST web sites on the net for Poser 4 customers.

The current method of download was implemented for two reasons. To stop mass downloaders in the Free Stuff area to our and our members' bandwidth usage. In the store for security reasons, since we can now store all the store files out of the visible web space.

Thank you for your kind reply. However, I am not a mass downloader, but then that's neither of our faults if some people are. By some miracle I have now managed to download my 15MB order, only hope it works. I do appreciate your concerns about theft, a policy that ultimately serves to only penalise the innocent like you and me!!
