Without editting the p4 character, how do you go about creating a new character? Is there any way to do it from scratch... to make it more detailed? I see different models which can be purchased, but I want to take a stab at creating my own.

You'll need a software program that will do 3Dmodeling. There are a list of the most popular ones in our "Software Forums" list. And there are a few free ones around the net. ScottA

In addition to making your own morphs see my tutorial at http://www.3dtutor.homestead.com for which you would need a 3d modeling program as ScottA mentioned (Shadowcat has a good list on her site). You can also get the Morph Target CD soon to be released from BBay.com. I believe that he has just finished the project and will shortly be offering it for sale. Traveler made up just a gob of these. With them you can mold just about every aspect of the P4 male and female figures. Hope this helps.
