Yvette, Posting this message here as I don't know if you got my e-mail. I'm a bit concerned about my cheque for the last periods sales. My reports page indicates that a cheque was cut on the 8/31/01 but it shows $0.00 as being the amount and this is certainly not correct. At the time of posting this message I have not received any payment. In the past my cheques have taken no longer than about 14 days to arrive. I would appreciate it if you could clarify this apparent error for me as up until now the service and help from the store staff has been flawless. Shane
