I am so frustrated! I made a purchase, and it is a 15mg download. I tried to download it three times and three times the download was incomplete. Now it won't let me download it at all. I use Internet Explorer on a Pentium II with an internal modem (yes, I know, I live in the dark ages). Please help!!
