Subject: Conforming Clothes

I have a problem with the clothes conforming to the characters. They seem to bustin' out of the clothes like chest, leg, arms... How do you correct this? I tried to change the scale or the position of that piece, but it distorts the model. I tried some magnets, but I dont how to use them, and it's distorts more.
