Playing with the Billy-T's Nail Set from the Store and trying to find a real reflection in Poser without any post work. Loking for comments to see if I am getting close on this or do I need to throw more time into getting it better.

Poser doesn't do true reflections. The render engine in Poser only fakes it. For example you can't make a mirror, set a reflection in the property of the material making the glass and then expect to see a reflection. Also minimizing post work as a time saver is commendable, but really, Poser renders without post work are often, well, just plain ugly. Poser by itself just doesn't offer many options, that's why you'll see Photoshop (and plugins), After Effects, and Commotion used a lot.
