You put *yourself* at risk if you display such a thing anywhere publically. A good rule of thumb is: if you didn't create it or own the rights to use it, then *don't* use it. No matter how good a magazine image might appear, you will be happier if you make your own, and you'll be able to sleep easier at nights not needing to worry about the copyright holder coming after you. does renderosity have a policy on the use of found images in a members art work. If I use something that was scanned from a magazine do I put Renderosity at any risk because the images I'm working with is not mine?
