Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 03 1:41 pm)
Check the hierarchy before exporting to see what is checked and what isn't. Export only the parts that are marked. If this is not done then Poser will export the hidden clothing parts that are not meant to be seen and you'll end up with the results that you got. As for the eyelashes try using a t-map.
YOu need to use one of the transmaps for the eyelashes--there are several--one on Yamato's Mimi401 and I think Tim Laubach has a map also. You have to do it in the 'Leo' thingie (can't remember what that section is called), set them to transparent and up in the right hand corner beside Leo, there is a place to choose 'transparent blend'. You must first select the eyelashes, however--use cntrl/click over the lashes. As I recall, then it means you have to end up selecting all the pieces/parts of the texture and choose what texture/ambience/etc. for each part--which is 'good', not 'bad', but takes time. Diane B

The problem is....I created a figure and conformed clothing to it (female figure with conforming bathing suit type clothing)and exported the .obj file. When I imported it into Bryce 3, the poser figure has a split that runs across both thighs horizontally, almost as if the figure is wearing shorts. Have I done something wrong or could it be a problem with the clothing. Any advice appreciated. One more question, how do I get rid of the blocky looking eyelashes? Elfsong.
