This is AprilYSH's P4Vskin (the Posette that uses Victoria maps) with all of the morphs that make up Yamato's LinLin. No post work. There looks to be a little problem with the eyelash transparency mapping, but again, nothing that can't be fixed with post-work. Thanks to these talented artists, we can now mix and match our favorite figures with our favorite textures. :) Just wanted to share this...hope it gives you some new ideas for using your old favorites! Take care. SnowS Hoping his pictures are worth 1001 words.

Fast pin-up style render of Predator2K's Darkness texture maps on a basic Michael figure. This is probably the most original texturing technique I've ever seen, and I really hope that he and others can experiment more with this style in the future. We've been struggling with many methods to make cartoon and comic-style renders, but this looks to be the first great step towards getting it right. Predator2K, thanks for sharing this and all the time you obviously put into it. If you ever decide to work on another one, let me know; I'd like to help out with it. ;) Take care. SnowS

Ditto and I agree! Thanks so much you two! I am planning on using WarriorDL's Bobby to put Mike's head on April's new P4 male with Mike skins. :o) Then I will be so content...I can use Mike's head and Dork's clothes...and morphs...and ohhh...it will just be nice! Thanks April! Predator2K- I already sent you an instant message...but I will say it again anyway! THANK YOU! The Darkness is AWESOME! I just love him! My husband is a big fan of The Darkness...so I know he will be excited when he gets home. I am already working on morphs and textures for the DAZ Gremlin to turn them into the Darklings. WOOHOO!

Holy crud, I thought that was a drawing. John Byrne's been messing with some harsh-contrast Strata3D renders that involve black/white texmaps and end up looking like his inks, but this'll make him wet himself.

Oh, can't wait! I'm downloading it now too (Darkness texture). For 5 min. renders these are great! Snowsultan, if you're having trouble with the lash transparency try using one of the eyelash props, one's at Poser Factory I think in the props and the other comes with RanRan. They each have different morphs. I find them much more realistic because people tend to make eyelash transparencies as thick on the bottom as on the top (which is not the case) and Yamato's props really look much more natural.

Waitaminute... isn't this the 9mb skin?

Remember, kids! Napalm is Nature's Toothpaste!

Another great feature of Predator2K's Darkness figure; it comes with very good muscle morphs. Just move them over with Morph Manager and you've got a free muscular Mike. :D Thanks for the tip Kalypso, I've used those lash props before, but only briefly. I'll give them another try a bit later. :) Take care! SnowS
