Using JOHN MALIS's ESB Luke Skywalker, I just got a notion to try to construct the ROTJ Luke(my favorite). Lookin' at my picture, does anybody have any suggestions? And by the way, does any one know what happened to that ultra-cool posable lightsaber some made in the free stuff section.

I just glanced through my old copy of Return of the Jedi. Lookin' good, only a couple of small suggestions. First, the collar should be open at the front. Second, you might want to adjust the shininess of the clothing and add a bump map to make the outfit look less like vinyl and more like fabric.

Luke wears a glove throughout much of the film (his prosthetic hand was damaged during the saber-duel on the sand barge). Presumably, he has the hand repaired after the film's conclusion, so it probably doesn't matter unless you're a nit-picker like me.

As for the lightsaber, there are a couple of nice models at Props Guild, in the Sci-Fi downloads section (pages 7 and 8). One resembles Luke's from ROTJ, and is in 3DS format; the other is Poser-ready.
