Subject: Camera focal setting options

I haven't seen any posted images which make use of the focal setting options, or strange and different camera angles. I really enjoy using a wide angle lens kind of effect. Does anyone really make use of these options? Just curious.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.

P4's main camera is permanetly set to 55mm - don't you just hate the squished look you get at 35mm. Hoever, most of my stuff is Bryce rendered, with camera set at 60mm I do sometimes use wide-angle settings, but not too often. Paul

Spaceship renders look great with extreme wide angle settings....most people figures, however look better with "flatter" angles like 50mm or greater, otherwise facial features etc. get distorted, especially on close ups. However, for superheroe images this can be an advantage... Krel

For some reason, my P4 main camera is set to 38mm, and I didn't do it. Somewhere I got a tip to use 135mm to avoid distortion, and it works great. I suppose 60mm might be sufficient. -Talos
