Anyone know where I can get some wings that can pose like this? I have a few sets of wings I'm fond of, but I need some dragonish wings that can actually fold back. Any suggestions? Anz

If you are willing to pay a good sum, there's a set of wings that comes with Dragon Factory that can fold like that. Dragon Factory is $80, as I recall. Apart from that I'm not sure.

I thought about that briefly.. :chuckles: but yeah.. that is quite a 'good sum' and I don't know if I like whats in it enough to warrant it. But.. maybe :shrugs: if push comes to shove. Thanks Anz

The creature creation pack from DAZ has dragon wings as shown in the picture. I scaled these down and they do fold.

My harpie might work, you can make the body invisible leaving the wings. I have animations on my page to show how they articulate.

Yeah.. I have the creature creation pack... but they can't fold without the mesh going all wacky. Phil - I think you may be right... :grins: The fold down looks real nice on the harpy and I've been considering getting it anyway... I'll have to wait until after christmas though. Thank you. Anz

Here's the Dragon Factory articulated wings in action, no texture maps or anything, standard Mike pose. They'll actually fold back far moreeach of the fingers has two joints and there are morphs for the wing membranes too. I've only applied the 'squeeze membrane' morph at 1 and a couple more at the back to bring the tail in.
