I am very satisfied with this one. My beloved melted into the rune stone. I think I got the winter landscape quite chilly too. *S*

Celtic runes? Or LOTR type runes? I just started reading the 3 volumes (again), anmd I love being immersed in middle earth! The bird and the sky are perfect touches to this. A thought: The ground is all foggy like, but the bottom of the stone is cut out perfectly. What is it were slightly fogged up as well, so it doesn't look as cut out? Its my only qualm. That bird is tripping me out. Way too early in the morning to be seeing thisw after a nightmare (though the nightmare was that my girlfriend AND mother were both addicted to heroin. Prolly a sign of the things to come, cuz I'm about to get my first of 18 needle marks in my arms in 20 minutes). ry

...damn nice pic again. That ground is bit too foggy for my taste, but pic is damn nice. Funny, I have played with negative look myself too, but never got anything as good as that background is. .n

Wow I love your eye for composition, and subject...very symbolistic no pun intended.....Would like also to see the bottom of the stone covered a little....also do you know what the rune symbols on the stone might mean? It would be interesting to know....More work Narasha! This is great stuff.

I shall attempt to translate those runes for ya... L T ? ? NJorZ B &(and) PS* IorY N* A ? T PS* A &(and) KW I G N-R NJ-Z ? I M ? ? M PS ? M &(and) PS * the question marks are ones I couldn make out, and a couple are guesses, because they mostly look like a certain rune, though Im not sure. I cant really see what it means or anything, but it is a mild sort of translation, rune by run, left to right.

Alpha<< The runes were there from the beginning :) Slynky<< No. Nordic runes. The stone is the only thing except the smooth ground shoving so sharp and through the fog of course it looks sharp. Antoonio<< thank you S Syyd<< Well often the runes on rune stones tells a story. Dont know this one though.. About the stones ground check my answer for Slunky..

Slynky<< hehe well I think one thing about the image is that you DON'T know what the runes say. The obsevers view the image and wondering what kinds of secret hides in the stone. The secrets of live. In the stone of life.. ;)
