I dont know if this looks better than the other let me know something on it

You may want to try adding more plants and scattering them out more as opposed to keeping them in large clumps. You also may want to try adding small rocks here and there to break it up a little more. For savannah vegetation, you may have better luck with the dry weeds and the LONG grass. The other grass is thicker and is supposed to look more like lawn, or mown grass. Laurie

I think it looks OK, but I see what you mean. Like Laurie said, the Long Grass or the Dry Weeds might be a little better bet, or maybe you could mix different types. I don't remember if the Long Grass comes with Vue 4 or not, though, as I bought it from E-0n back in my Vue 3 days. Also, you can create many different grasses, then group them, and by selecting the whole group, you can save the whole mess as a .VOB, so whenever you want alot of grass, you don't have to go to the trouble of adding them one at a time...

I would back the weeds in front of the camera off a little bit or make them smaller. Also, there is a free zebra map for the Poser horse out there somewhere...I'll have to go find it and let ya know. But for some reason bloodsong comes to mind, so I'll go have a quick look on the 3d menagerie site :). Update: nope, wasn't bloodsong, but I KNOW I saw one somewhere! C'mon folks, help me out! ;) Laurie

man that texture helps alot its a pain to make one yourself :) thanx for the help all

Just remember JOBU, you have to run the zebra map thru Objaction Mover first so that you can get the correct uv's so it'll map correctly. I don't do that much (even tho I do know how), but I'm sure bloodsong would help you out on how to do that :). I'd have to go home and actually do it before I could guide you thru that it's been so long (so hopefully you know how...it isn't hard ;)). If you need help, yell and if bloodsong's not around, one of us will help you :). Laurie
