site seems to slowed to a crawl and i keep getting error pages.is it the site or my machine?

Really seems flaky tonight; five-ten minutes to enter the forums (using a cable modem). Replys getting lost. [It seems consistent when I post a new reply to something I replied to once before, it automatically deletes the older reply. Never used to do this...] My ISP changed here (to AT&T Broadband). Speed improved once by reseting the machine, so could be a combination of problems here and there. Can cookies get out of sync?
