...saw this beautiful old barn in one of my businesstrips. There was _damn_ cold, standing in middle of the snowy field and trying not to shake too much. I hid few tractor tracks, but no else postwork. .n

...and another one, hid those same tracks and removed color, adjusted contrast a bit. Small blurr and unsharp mask. .n

I take it that you are the outdoor type? I love walking in the woods. Your pictures capture the quiet and calm. Simplicity speaks volumes
