i just got the "victoria mermaids" and i just can t load any "mermaids character": in the librarys there are 6 icons in the mermaids folder i think that the 2 last icons are the victoria mermaids but when i load'em:nothing and when i want to load a character (after) the legs doesn t appear i m running under pro pack and win xp and i already have the victoria character so if someone has the answer to my questions please contact me tellmewhatulike

Well, I don't have the answer, but since it is a DAZ product, they handle their own tech support. Although not there is anything wrong with asking a question here. Except for the fact I don't have an answer.

Hi tellmewhatulike!- Gee, I've got another customer that is having trouble with the mermaids that also uses proPack and XP, I'm going to have to do some research, and also finally put ProPack on my computer, maybe get a copy of XP, too. A question first though - do all your thumbnails show up in the Mermaid folder, or you you get any shruging guys? I can give you something to try, though, go in the Geometries/Zygote People folder and delete the blmilwom.rsr (not the OBJ), also go into the Geometries/Mermaid folder and delete all the .RSR files. Give that a shot first, sometimes Poser does a mini crash the fist time you open a new figure and writes bad RSRs.
