Download my tutorial, it will walk you right through it. Have fun, any questions just give me an email.....this is an easy tutorial and you will be able to follow it. SharenIf you have the Poser pro pack (PPP) for Poser 4, then you can do it by creating bones for it in poser. There's a setup room in the PPP which alows you to do this without having to do any sort of "programing" - however it is not an exact science and it is difficult to get it to bend where you want it to - I've had luck with creating figures (like a new character) but only some luck with conforming figures (like a shirt). But you can adjust it as much as you need, so if you have patience but no head for creating heirarchies the Pro Pack might be your best bet. Hope this helps. --Aharon
This is, as you have no doubt found, an involved topic. I do recommend that you read through the tutorials already referred to and those available via links from this site.
In outline my work flow is generally as follows:-
Variations include editing an existing similar CR2 file in place of writing a hierarchy file. You may like to view the models on my site to see what may be accomplished, there are also details regarding my tutorial there.
Hope this helps.
