yes it's glowing ,this is in poser 4 no post work. I did have to alter the map to make this work and change a few settings in the material editor.

turn everything white, And raise the ambient color of everything white and make all reflect black. I had to recolor the map itself because tron is just not blue, So some work was done to maps. What I did to the maps was to get rid of all color except the blue circuit patterns, then I raised saturation of the blue to a level that would show up in poser when abient color is white.
