It was a suggestion by Visitor 42. Basically the idea is this. I have been bustin' it lately at work and have had little to no time to visit. I'm sad. The light at the end of the tunnel is near. I can't see it yet but I sure hope it's near. I had an idea for something we might be able to do. A MINUTE IN THE LIFE OF PHOTO FORUM. There is so many cool folks here who live in cool places I thought it might be neat to all synchronize our watches and each take a shot at (approximately) the same minute on the same day. Then we could all post it to the same thread. What do you think? Any additions or ammendments? - Visitor Most thought it was a good idea. But. That was the last I heard. You can search for it I guree by searching for Visitor42 Bsteph

that'd be great with a digi. With me, I'd take the pic, and a week and a half later, ya'll could see it, lol! Not a bad idea at all, but i think about a 5 minute distance between times on watches would be alright personally. For this to work your way, we'd all have to be in the chat room at the exact same time with someone counting down, and that ain't likely. say, take a pic at whatever time at Greenwich mean Time (GMT), which is world standard, or whatever. That'd be something for Syyd and alpha to put their heads together for me thinks. ry

Yeah, you guys - get that? Even the Little Canadian bows to the British Supremacy...... GMT - ie. BRITISH TIME. Still, if it works out more convenient to be 0300gmt that's still fine by me...... (",)

It turns out that I got crazy busy again and haven't alot of brain left to think about this. I still think this is a good idea and I like Slynkys suggestions. I'll bow down to British supremecy as well. (GMT). I think we should randomly generate the time so that it is fair. How does Feb 2 sound for a day. It's a Saturday. Give folks sometime to think about it. I have a number in my head between (1-24) and I will and I will add it to the next person who post a number to come up with a time (1-24). example my number is might be 20 first one to post a number might be 15 so 20 + 15 = 35 35 would take you around the clock once and leave you at 11:00 am GMT sound good?

I am really looking forward to doing this. I might even take time off work to fully participate (if I have enough advance notice). Joe
