Subject: Qestion(s) about banner making using Poser (or other rendered) images?

This might seem silly to some or even self evident, but I've had a thing now and again for overlooking the obvious (just ask my first wife, LOL) but how do people go about getting their images to look so nice in the ever present banners that abound on this and similar sites? I have some renders - not at banner size - that I would like to bannerize for a site I'm building and am wondering will I have to render at banner ready size or just what is the deal? Like most things, there're bound to be multiple ways to accomplish it. So, just how do "most" folks do it? Thanks in advance. Larry F

I would build it twice size and then reduce it in Photoshop. Granted, youre working at screen resolution, but Ive found that things rendered large and then scaled down seem to have better detail retention than simply rendering at banner size.

Hei ViertualSite, Thanks for confirming what I was suspecting - sort of. This did seem the most obvious solution but I couldn't help wondering if there was some other method I was overlooking. Larry F
