I think it would go something like this: Load the .obj mesh into UVmapper. Use Edit > Select > by Material... to select one eye, or Edit > Select > by Group... (either would work in this case, but Group is probably easier). While the eye is still selected, go to Edit > New UV Map > Spherical. Resize and position as preferred (if you're trying to match an existing map, use CTRL-B to import a .bmp file as a background for the UVmapper window). Repeat for the other eye. Save the model: either to a new .obj file, in which case you'll have to prepare a new .cr2, or back up the existing .obj and overwrite it. If you need a texture template, save the Texture Map too. Use Edit > Color > by Material or Edit > Color > by Group first if you want some guidance as to where things are.

Something I would like to do, which I'm sure is easy if you know UVMapper well enough (which I don't): Remap Eve v4 so that the eye textures are picked off the same texture as the rest of the head and not from a separate file. Can someone give me some guidelines, please?
