Subject: Bumpmap for standart poser 4 females ?

I'am searching a bumpmap for the lips of standart poser females, to give them more reality.

Your best bet is to take a lip bump from one of the free (or purchased, if you have) Vicky textures an copy it on a P4Fem tex template. Because I don't have my Poser files at hand I can't get you links to a free Vicky tex with bumps. But maybe someone else can provide.
