Subject: Help, i always get a declined message :(

Hi. I am trying to buy stuff with my CC but always get some declined messages... i hope i won't be charged seeing every tries i made... My CC has no problem i think... and i read the previous messages, but no help... (i tried with and without space in card #)... Anyone has an idea? (trying from Switzerland, maybe some cross verifications with phone, address or something could pose a problem?!)

please email store@renderosity.com with a description of the problem and the following information: Card Type: (visa, mc, amex,disc) Is the card also a debit card? What country are you in? Are you using spaces in the number? That will help us try to determine the problem. yvette

Mmmm i am sure my card is still valid (verified it again). It is a full CC (no debit card) MC type. Also, as i said previously, i tried the spaces/no spaces thing for the number with no luck. Also i am in Switzerland... (and again i think about some problems with verification of the phone number, street or things like that, i got similar problems in the past, when verification are very tight it is very hard to find the "correct" order they want phone or zip code for example)
