Online Now!

Having spent over 20 years in the Computer Industry, I am well aware of what giving service is all about. Just purchased some items from Sam's3D and was more than pleased with the service rendered to me. I was treated the same way that all my employees were trained to treat clients. I wish to publicly thank Sharen for all her help, and will recommend them to one and all. Thanks Sharen.

PS Wasn't asked for this endorsement, don't work for Sam's3d, freely given to show my appreciation.

Robin

Amen. You know, this is something we dont really say quite enough around here, but goddam but we are blessed around this place. Sans3D, Poserworld, Thorne, Rubio, Lord only knows how many others, all contributing their incredible time and talent, even when we sit here and bitch and whine that "well, I cant get that f******* cowboy shirt for Michael to work". Truly, these people have the patience of Job some times to go along with the incredible talent and the incredible generosity. NOW GET BACK TO WORK, ALL OF YA!

SAMS3D ( ) posted Tue, 05 February 2002 at 6:42 PM

Thank you all for your kindness, this makes our work that much more enjoyable because of dear people like you. And Robin, I really can't wait to see what you do with your new toys. Thank you all again, my cloud just lifted and the light just came in. Sharen

My only complaint about Sam's3D is that I CAN'T BUY THEM! Sam's uses Paypal for purchase of products. This was probably a good idea for Sam's3d. My problem is that Paypal limits their service to only certain foreign countries. Taiwan is not among those and despite numerous requests for info on the possible inclusion of Taiwan in the future, they haven't even bothered to respond. I'm sure the areas they do serve are adequate for the majority of your customers and I don't know if finding some other e-commerce solution for those not served by PayPal is worth it. My only plea is that you consider it. I LOVE your stuff and I WANT to BUY. Your products are TERRIFIC! AND THANKS FOR THE FREE STUFF! We are blessed by the generosity by this community. Doc

Doc, like I said in the IM, give us a shout and I am sure we can arrange something other than paypal...Sharen SC@sams3d.com

I've bought a number of Items from SAMS3D. In fact the only reason I opened or keep an account with PayPal is for future purchases on their site. I contacted about a couple of things even before I made my first purchase, and I was amazed at how downright EAGER they are for their customers to be nothing less than happy with any of their products! Later I had some trouble with posing & placement in one of their buildings (mostly due to my own inexperience with using poser in close confines), and after several Emails of support, they went so far as to re-work their product to help reduce my troubles. I've had great support from a lot of vendors here & at other sites, but I have to say Mike & Sharen have established a standard of support for me that no others have yet surpassed! (I could mention others who come close, but rather than risk overlooking someone, I'll just rave here about Sharen & Mike :-))

There site impresses me, as do their models...I don't say that very often, in this life. Also, I believe they are very giving people. So good to see, in this day and age.

Thanks to Sharon for the IMMEDIATE reply on how to resolve my purchasing problem since I can't use PayPal. Incredible and amazing service and great products (if the Freebies are any indication). Can't wait to try these out! Hats off to Sam's 3D!!! Doc

YES, I agree totally. SAMS3D (Mike and Sharen) are fantastic people, and a fantastic company. And I agree about the other fine people: Poserworld, and all the other names I can't remember!!!

Ms_Outlaw ( ) posted Tue, 05 February 2002 at 11:18 PM

~Climbs up on the bandwagon~ I wanted to buy one deck... but ended up buying them all. They are all beautifully done. I have seen Sharon here and in Vue always helpful to new people. They give away so many models and offer help free or bought. If there was a vote for most outgoing and helpful merchant I think they'd win hands down. Some others could take notes... Nice wagon Sharon... you supply it? ~G~

Is there room on that band wagon for a little un Ms Outlaw :) Just want to add my tuppence worth that Sams3D gave me the best customer service I've ever recived, and that includes in real life. Now if Sharen can just pop over to the UK and give the till girls at my local supermarket a lesson or two I'll be even happier Angela

I will add my 2pennyworth to that. Sharen worked out a way for me to buy without Paypal. They are both lovely people, and so helpful.

OK, folks, nothing more to see here. Lets let these people get back to work now. All right, Sharen, Mike, Rena, Steve, all you others, get your little butts back to those computers and start modelling, or Im gonna know the reason why...

I can only agree to all the things above.

Oh my gosh, my head is now so big, I can't leave the computer room.....now I am stuck here....LOL, you really all do honor us with these remarks. I am printing this page so I can keep it and put it on our wall. We totally enjoy our work, and the people here at this forum as well as others have supported us so much if it wasn't for you all we probably wouldn't do this. Our joy is making these models, but our biggest joy is helping others and watching the transformation of our work incorporated into your work. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you, we hope to continue to aid and help others and create a product that you all like and are happy with. Sharen and Mike

ronknights ( ) posted Wed, 06 February 2002 at 5:43 AM

Sharen and Mike, I have a soft spot for people who work at something they love. The joy of creativity shines. That is a beauty in itself. You add to that the essential element of people who care deeply, and show it. That is the wonderful combination I see in SAMS3D. You and Mike are indeed shining beacons in our Poser Community. (Oh and now that you can't leave the room, you can work all the harder! Grin) Ron
