Guaranteed to stand no nonsense and be full of compassion here's a classic nurse.

As you can see, she's a multi-featured figure with many modified meshes and added props. To eliminate the Poser "flying shoes " problem I've integrated them with her feet.
Her shirt - chest and abdomen areas - have been treated with BRC for adjustment. The skirt - hip and thigh areas - are length adjustable.
The syringe is available as a separate prop.
