I know I can make new material by using the group editor, but if I hope to make the new material on many parts of the body, just like the latex on Latexa V2. Should I need to repeat the process on each fingers, hands K? Thats more then 30 parts ! Can I make the new material on so many parts in fewer steps? Thx for teaching .

You might like to look at www.uvmapper.com. You load your .OBJ into it and can then select any part of the mesh and assign a material to it. Then just save the model and poser will allow you to treat these as separate areas. BACK UP THE ORIGINAL OBJ BEFORE YOU START, just in case. B)
