Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 25 12:38 pm)
I'm working on my first Marketplace item: FaceWorks Faces Volume 1 - Elves and Humans for Michael 2. It will be a package of 10 Face poses to give Michael 2 (or Michael 2 P4) a distinctive look, without a lot of dial-twisting. After that, I plan to do the same thing for Victoria 2...plus whatever renders happen to pop into my head...
lessee - my mike 2 contest entry for DAZ - busy making more morphs for mike - which means I'll have 2 characters (grab the magnet and pull - and hey that gives me an idea) textures for a product soon to be announced by the modeler textures for my own mike1 character planning a larger series of projects with the help of a modeler getting the first 4 pair of 24 pairs of Adventurer's textures ready for the store. Can I just get photoshop loaded into my wetware? it'd be so much easier :) and of course a pile of freestuff projects that are waiting on the back burner until I'm done with store stuff. And redisgning my website. Does anyone have some spare time to lend me? :) Lyrra
Let's see here.... 3 wip folders pending in my DAZworks folder... 12 pending wip folders in PWFWworks one.. a bunch of zips to get organized, new previews made, text files to be written etc for the store in RenderosityWorks folder... How do I cope? working with whatever I feel like at each time BUT making sure that at least one big project a day gets completed and never stop before it's done no matter what the time, working day, holiday OR weekend! :o) Rena

"Collect moments, not things."
I'm working on a bottle of vodka. Oh, no, I'm not (I don't drink actually). I suppose one could say I have a couple of things gathering dust, but I'm really not working on anything right now. I tend to do things just as they pop into my head and then I'm finished within a day or two, and then there's nothing happening for another few days/weeks, basically until something else pops in. So, I'm working on learning to play guitar until another scene invades my mind. :)

Currently working on the First Quarter 2002 Update of my website www.angelflyers.com, which is a leading club and rave memorabilia provider, which is to have a new section on Anime. Currently using Fireworks 4, Flash 5, Paint Studio Lite 1.2, Fractal Designer and Paint Shop Pro 7 for the 15 anime of Angelflyers for the Anime section. PORTFOLIO REQUEST (Second Quarter 2002 Update) To be included and have a portfolio on www.angelflyers.com, that is the opportunity to show 15 items, in a new section called Anime is free. I require your permission to display the 15 images done by your hand and that we agree mutually agree upon. The 15 images will be displayed in the Anime section on www.angelflyers.com and where deemed suitable as well as any other Angelflyers microsite, website or webportal. Angelflyers will waver the portfolio fee and will give you exposure and Angelflyers having worldwide rights to do so. The new Anime section (where your work may be primarily displayed will have 15 thumbnails and 15 enlarged images) to give maximum coverage and the Angelflyers user more freedom over enjoying your work. I look forward to hearing from you. Tav www.angelflyers.comAttached Link: http://pamela.wicked-womyn.com
This is a great thread :) Nice to know I'm not the only busybody around the place lukedesade ;) <-- notice the smily wink ;P I'm currently converting tons and tons more cr2's to fit my Pamela (they are free on Pammie's website). Got other 40 out of the way and now I'm rendering pretty pics for the rsr's LOL Learning how to use Mailman - a mailing list program. Think I'll probably just go back to Bravenet and start another account LOL 3 folk art projects in the works. Clocks for my kids bedrooms and a lovely little wall hanging with native Australian flowers and a Rosella (type of bird) on it. The bird is giving me a hard time. New skin texture for Pamela. I'm working on a new site and not happy at all with it, Getting ready to tear it all down and start over again. Once it's up and running I plan on being a more frequent free stuff contributor as time and my bandwidth permit.

I will keep this list as short as possible :) -27 seperate project folders, some dating back from early 2000. Clothing, sets, characters.... you name it :) -Revamping the Morph World site with a whole new look and I am considering archiving all of the past downloads of the week. -Converting p4 fem clothes to vickie (A new hobby of mine) -Reopening the Props Club to new membership -at least 20 images/scenes that are sitting in my scenes folder. The list would be longer, but I missplaced a bunch of post-it-notes :)

Hey Valandar, would a native american shirt count as historical, cos I am tearing my hair out trying to find one to texture that looks anywhere near authentic. Still working on native american stuff, trying to make the beads look more realistic.

Jim, I know what you mean. Before I got Poser, I was working on a 12 lb tube, a type 2 carriage, casson and limber. Even went over to Ft. Monroe and sketched the carrage. Taking offsets for CAD. I was going to do Pelham at Fredericksburg. Still sitting there with Stag Hound, I got to actually handle the the design pages for her from McKay's notebook. It was not what you would think; mostly cubic cross sectional estimates and sail surface area.
I've just finished a raunchy two girl animation for my site at www.1st-shock.com. I've got more to do as keeping the animations coming is a constant thing - otherwise my subscribers go elsewhere. I've been working on ways of integrating Flash and Shockwave together with some success. What I want to do is to create a 3 dimensional interface that will link to the swf files from within the 3D shockwave file, it can be done and I will get there..... eventually.....
1)Trying to figure out how I can integrate constructs from Bryce and DoGA into Poser and integrate Poser and DoGA into Bryce and write it all down in a lesson plan so my students can do it easily and seamlessly. 2) 0ther than learning how to lip-sync Poser figures so it looks and sounds somewhat real and catching up on reading all the postings here at Renderosity... not much, I guess... 3) Oh, I am working on a Poser tutorial lesson plan for my students, but it's not ready for prime time yet...

I just want to know what are your current Poser projects at the moment. You know, I'm curious like that. Right now I'm working on two elf chicks (both characters of stories of mine). One is Luet l'Mirshann, an semi-evil drow character who's a real b***h! I went with a purple color for the body, with darker freckles on the chest, face (even on the forehead), spine, shoulders, arms and legs; a big black widow tattoo on her back; white hair and glowing, red eyes (you know, darkvision). I also used a bellybutton ring, a nipple ring, and several colored earrings. The other is Thariel, a vicious elf rogue. She has some tattoos on her back, breasts, belly, and lower back. Now I just need some clothing for them, and I'm looking for some cool-looking stuff. If I don't find anything, I'm afraid I'll have to make up my own. I'll be supplying a picture of both ladies on Monday. So, what're yours?
