Subject: problem with animatable materials in PPP

Whenever I select a material to be animatable in PPP, it never stays when I reopen the file. I have to go through and recheck the "animatable" boxes every time I reopen the file because they're reset to unchecked when I close it. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a python script out there that might help speed up the rechecking of the "animatable" box?

Mine doesn't stay checked, either, but the material remains animated nonetheless on playback.
