Has anybody used the trans curls in Carrara? I can't seem to get the hair to look very good.. No transparency or color is showing up. I know Allie's texture map doesn't have a color. I have tried using the ambient light color and the light colors as well as adding a color to the shader. Do I need to add color to the texture map and invert the transparent map to make them work? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks EdW

EdW, I havent personaly tried the curls. As far as transparency is concernd in Carrara Black blocks light and White lets all the light through. I cant remember if Poser is the reverse of this or not? If so bring the Trans map for the curls into a paint program and do a negative image of it...basically swapping the blacks and whites. Let me know. Clint
