Subject: rsr file format

Is the file format for the rsr files public domain? Was wondering how the authors of the other rsr converter programs wrote their programs, if they didn't have access to the file format. [Tim]

I think the graphic .rsr is based on the mac .pict format, not sure about the binary OBJ .rsr though.
