Subject: Strobe Problem With Animation

I just starting to use anti-aliasing when rendering my animations, and am having a problem with parts of a model strobing after I've made a movie. Is there a simple explanation for this? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Sounds like the resolution of the shadow maps need to be turned up.
