I can see why she's so disappointed. You forgot to uncheck "spherical fall-off zones" for the shoulders or other parts.

It looks like you need to adjust the spherical fall off zones for the joints. Did you start by editing an existing CR2 file? If that were the case you probably just need to increase each zone's Y and Z scale to take into account the extra size of your garment.
