Other than the obvious (hair, right foot). Does anyone have any suggestions to improve this? Any comments would be very helpful. Thanks Joan

It's unfortunately too stiff, something I see in a lot of Poser renders. Try using the third tool in the set (I forget the name, but it's the one with arrows pointing up and down and left and right) and apply it places like the hip, which forces the knee to bend slightly. Then use it to roll the shoulders, either down or forward. It doesn't have to be big, just a slight touch to keep the pose from being too hardlined. Then I'd look at the position of the head: right now it's in a rock-hard straight line with the ribcage, and it should be arched back a bit. Use the "rotate" tool and first arch the neck just a bit, then arch the head, again just a bit, so you create this curved line from the head down to the waist.

Boy..thanks? I have been working on it to long. I need to step away for a while. Now I see how stiff it looks.

It looks like she's gripping the pole with her fingertips. Somebody somewhere had some free vicky hand poses for weapons. I think, with minor modifications, one of them could be used with this pole. Sorry, but I can't remember who had them.
