I imported in poser a room made in max the room have ceiling when I render the inside of the room is dark I tried also to put some spot light inside but nothing changed. any suggestion??

You need to turn the shadows OFF for the room so the walls and ceilings don't cast shadows... Just double click on the room and when the prop properties box comes up, UN-CHECK the "cast shadow" box.... If the room is in separate parts then you'll need to click on each wall and ceiling to turn shadows off individually... =)
