Does anybody know of any tutorials or willing to share there knowledge on how to group in LW 6.5 so I can export an articulated figure to poser? Thanks

What I do is define my materials. Then I slice the mesh by body part and export each part and name the object to correspond to a Poser body part name. I export in object format. Import each part into Poser and then export all in object format. Make sure to check weld seams and check the top box. Now you will have an object that is Poser ready. Hope this helps. Ron

Maybe this can be useful, I'm not that advanced in LW so I have not tried this yet...

heyas; i name all the surfaces as bodypart_material. then open the obj in editpad and replace "usemtl " with "g ". then replace "_" with "nusemtl ". (the n is edit-pad-ese for newline. your txt editor may vary.)
