Subject: Renderosity user name and password

I have been gone for about a week. Tonight when I got my email there were six emails from Renderosity posted yesterday between 7:36 AM to 7:45 AM telling me my user name and password. Why did this happen? Just wondering.

It happen to me too but today I haven't recieved any password mail

It happened to lots of us, apparently there was someone running scripts trying to get all our usernames and passwords. All I know is he/she has been banned from here. You may want to ask Renderosity themselves as to how this was fixed if it was. Sharen

I got it too. I figured it was somebody trying to login w/my account, or just a glitch on the email server...

I got the same mails to, are there any fourm admins here that care to reassure us our names and password haven't fallen in to disreputable hands or comment if we should change are passwords?

Made a password change. Thanks for the heads up. I was wondering what happened, I found about 6 e-mails in my mailbox! I thought maybe the R'osity script had hiccupped or something!

I bet most of us didn't get these emails. I didn't. I guess it just pays to play it safe.
