Subject: Purchasing Problems

Hi,

I have just attempted to buy The Tailor, but I got an error message when I hit the agree to purchase button. I'm sorry I didn't take a note of exactly of what it said, but it said something like secure payment failed, I am happy to try again but I thought I should let you know in case it's not just a one off, and to check that it is ok, to try again
I'd rather not be charged multiple times for this purchase :o)

Hi Alex, I just checked your Purchase History as well as our Purchased report and it did not go through. Give it another try and if it fails shoot me the error message via E-Mail to store@renderosity.com. Thanks, Clint
