Subject: when u download a figure, how do u put it in the program???

Most things you download from here will be in the format of a runtime folder, just open that and go from there... eg:Runtime/Libraries/character/fred/ goes just there. So open your Poser folder, open runtime, open Libraries, open character, and drop the fred folder into there.. Same goes for Textures, Geometries and Poses.. Just keep going down the line until you find the right folder. Hope that helped
