Has anyone written one of these? Like how to convert P4 textures to Vicky's maps? or Vicky Textures to Stephanie's maps?

If you have Photoshop and you know how to - copy and paste selections - scale and rotate selections - use the clone stamp tool - use the airbrush tool you already know enough :)
