The letter that Grey E-mailed to all the members (and former members who are still on the mailing list) rekindled a lot of anger, and I believe that after venting a lot of my hostilities, and occasionally valid criticism of the PFO I was able to calm down and remember a very important detail. I no longer post on the PFO. I have not contributed anything to that site over the past few months. And I have since removed my Fun Stuff links, so I don't even have that connection to the PFO anymore. Rereading my posts, and the posts of other, I noticed a very important detail about the complaints I have, and the complaints of others on this forum. They have very little to do with Renderosity. The anger is from PFO members (or former PFO members) who have been attacked or abused within the PFO. This must look particularly insane to those newcomers who find their first posing resources within Renderosity, and have no understanding of what is happening at the other site. The legal and business workings of both forums are of little concern to the average member (unless the results of those workings will directly affect them). And what happens to members within the PFO, are not really related to anything that takes place within this forum (except they have a place to vent here). So--where is the war? It's still at the PFO. And it looks like it's not going to end anytime soon (at least not until Willow or Grey pull the plug.) So, I guess my change of heart is this..."Who gives a rat's ass anymore?" Renderosity isn't involved in a war, we just get the fallout.

Agreed Freak I do have to say I think a lot of the reason why people vent over here is because they are able to do so freely as this is a forum in the true spirit. When people post their own legitamite complaints over at another forum they are at best deleted if they aren't deleted then they are berated and mocked by the staff. Consequently, they leave that forum red faced with their tail between their legs and come over here were people will actually listen to them and let them speak their mind whether they agree with them or not. I think that is why you hear so much of it over here... that forum simply does not take care of their own, unless they are staff members.
