You have to export your prop as a obj again. Uncheck "export as morph target". Delete your prop from the scene and import again the new obj. You should have your prop with the size you set it to fit Mike and the dials set to zero. You probably will have to position it again to fit and parent it to Mike. Then save as a smart prop.
Staby, Thanks for the reply. As you said I exported it again as an OBJ (the export as morph target was already unchecked), I deleted the prop from the scene and imported the just saved OBJ again into Poser ... but nothing happened. The size is still the same as the original OBJ and I have to scale it again to make it fit. Any idea what I did wrong ?
I found that information in a previous thread, but I don't have the link anymore. It is a problem I had trying to convert free models found on the net into props, and I tested this method with a quick obj I modeled in Lightwave before posting and it worked. Did you exported the scaled prop as a obj and then reimported it? This is what I did and it worked. I copied the thread and saved it, but it is on my home PC. I will check it this evening...

Does anyone know how I can reset the dials to zero without changing the scale and position of the prop ?
